There is an additional $65 cleaning fee for all rentals.
A Deposit of $150* is required to hold the reservation and must be received within 7 days.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Check in Time is 4PM and Check out Time is by 10AM
In the event of a cancellation with less than 30 days notice, the owner’s reserve the right to charge 100% of the rental cost. Refunds requested at that time will be decided by the owners.
*The owners reserve the right to retain the $150 deposit if the reservation is cancelled at any time.*
